At this stage we are using our 100% waterproofing Solutions for it do avoid leakages and heat insulation system. We used our Nano Technology FG Mesh with Special grade waterproofing chemicals. FG Mesh gives it strength to the substance used & in future no cracks will be developed. We also use in Terrace Special Nano Technology chemical coating to give you Heat Insulation up to 40% i.e. 5-10  Degree Celsius.It saves your electricity up to 20% in whole year & future.

 Pre Guard -Under Construction Application:-Pre Plaster Application with Fiberglass Mesh plus Special Solution to avoid Cracks between Beam or Column and Brick wall.Mostly there is a Air Gap will b remain same due to application & mortar placement.PRE GUARD is applied on the location 3/6 inch on both side of cracks or joints as show below and then Plaster/Mortar/Pre plaster/POP must to apply.Most of people are using Chicken Mesh or Steel mesh for the same application, but due to strength & non-elongation or elasticity, applicator avoids it or not using properly.Our PRE GUARD is at lowest in cost& can be used in any direction any type of folding or bending portion of concrete or brick work and prevents future rework in construction industry.

 SUPER FLEXI WATERPROOFING WITH FG MESH:-An-economical waterproofing liquid base modified Acrylic Hybrid system for high performance waterproofing.. Super Flexi Elastomeric Acrylic coating is designed for use on almost all surfaces. Exterior or interior R.C.C.surface,Terraces,Cement surfaces,Asbestos sheets,G.I.sheets,Galvalum sheets,Stonewalls,Sloping roofs, wooden, plastic, etc.
After curing it forms flexible and strong film which bridges cracks, prevents peeling, future cracks, growth of algae or fungi. It prevents water seepage and is U.V. resistant.
Posses elastomeric effect which bridges existing gaps up to 0.5mm and prevents further cracking. Controls thermal expansion and contraction of the surface and prevents surface movements there by reducing the possibilities of development of cracks.

 THERMAL INSULATION (COOL COATING):- Due to global warming,atmospheric temperatures are high,which causes heating of building structures and therefore makes interiors hot.To prevent high heating of buildings,it is necessary to thermal insulate the structure.
Thermal Insulation with cool coating prevents rise of high temperatures of the building,which in turn makes life comfortable.
High temperature variations results in to thermal stress and fatigue of the building due to expansion and contraction of building structure,which subsequently leads to crack developments.Finally,this leads to water seepage in rainy season through the cracks developed during summers.
Cool coating is elastomeric acrylic & micro spheres having heat insulation property.Forms 1mm thickness & reflects 85% of solar heat before it gets absorbed into the ceiling or wall structure.The coating gives temperature difference up to 5-100C & also saves over 15-20% of cooling energy (Electricity) used for cooling.Used for Terrace,Roofing Sheets,Water Tanks,etc.

 CRACK FILL / WEATHER SHIELD WITH FG MESH:- On Vertical Walls and joint of Chajjas , Windows & Joints of Beam and Column due to weather & low type of material or wrong application by nontechnical applicator, cracks develops. From it water penetrates inside the walls and due to it furniture, interior work, colour fades up or warn out & it disturbs in every seasons. We used Nano Technology in waterproofing & FG mesh in several cracks with sealants or special type of fillers & seal it. It protects wall from developing cracks and prevents from weather.

 BUILDING GUARD OR WALL GUARD:- On Vertical Walls and joint of Chajjas, Windows & Joints of Beam and Column due to weather & wrong application by nontechnical applicator, cracks develops. From it water penetrates in side the walls and due to it furniture, interior work, colour warns out. We used Nano Technology Chemical treatment to the Walls without any change in colour without breakages. It prevents your colour from fade up due to weather & do not allow foreign material to paints. It also protects your wall from cracks and do not allow water to inside the walls. It is in Clear or Transparent coat on paints.
